The Firm is committed to the health and financial security of our employees. We cover 100% of the premium of the Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) EverydayHealth PPO Gold for full-time employees. Additionally, we offer full dental and vision coverage for full-time employees.
The Firm is committed to supporting the work-life balance of our employees. We celebrate eleven (11) Federal Holidays, Additionally, full-time employees within 3 years of service receive 80 hours of paid vacation time at the beginning of each calendar year. Time will be prorated for the first year dependent on start date. Full-time employees within 3-6 years accrue 120 hours of paid time off annually. After 6 years, full-time employees earn 160 hours of paid time off. Part-time employees receive 24 hours of paid vacation time at the beginning of each calendar year. Time will be prorated the first year dependent on start date. Employees also accrue sick time.
